The Waterloo Inn at Biggin is popular, traditional village pub with a welcoming log fire in winter and a beer garden and patio with views over the stunning Derbyshire countryside to while away an hour or two on warmer days.

This pub, like most others in earlier years in the Peak District, would have been run on a part time basis, with the landlord probably having been engaged in either agriculture or lead-mining.

Today the Waterloo is a family run establishment and we all take pride in serving you and making your visit to us an enjoyable experience.

Delicious home cooked food is served lunchtime and evenings, please see our menu for further details.

A selection of the finest kept cask ales and beers is on offer including Black sheep and Wadsworth’s 6X and guest ales including Timothy Taylor Landlord and Jenning’s Cumberland ale, others appear on a rotating basis.

There is a 20 pitch site for caravan and camping at the rear of the pub, all the caravan pitches are serviced with electrical hook-ups. Showers and a washing up area are also provided.

Entertainment is provided in the form of a pool table, dart board and a rolling programme of live music, karaoke and quiz nights throughout the year. Please see our events guide for more information.

We all look forward to welcoming you in the near future.
